E-learning for bank corporation

Adiante has carried out the deployment of two trainning courses at one of the five most important bank corporation of Spain. The working team consisted of different profiled proffessionals: coaches, illustrators, technical personnel, ... The collaboration of the customer was key to generate a product that fulfills the requirements of the company.

Tranning courses were developed using SCORM format for packaging, deployment and tracking. The implementation was carried out on a E-learning platform that has been developed for the customer. Every course has a character that guides the participant through the course, proposing quizzes, games and tests as a mechanism to introduce major content. Additional sections allow the user to access to additional material. There is a start test that sets the initial level of the participant and then proposes only the units that are required for that person. At the end of each module there is a test that is to be passed for the participant to access the next module. Finally, a global test allows to establish the final level granted to the participant.

Employees of this corporation are using this e-learning system for several years, accessing from corporate sites, as well as from their homes. Results are more than successful looking at the trainning avaliability for employees and the costs involved.
