watching on the different OSS products to select the most suitable one for each project. Then, all
required adaptations are carried out so the resulting solution fits perfectly the requirements.
The final result is a sound system as it is based in a well-proven product, that can be fully adapted to the
customer requirements. As they are based in standards, the resulting solution is not depending on a particular
vendor or system integrator.

TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) of similar solutions. Open Source Software has a lower TCO and the customer will
not depend on a unique solution provider.
As shown in the picture, our solutions adapt better than off-the-shelf packages, having a lower cost of a
turn-key project. Compared with HR management commercial product, our solutions adapt better - as we can modify
all the code - with a lower cost.
