Adiante proposes the incorporation of Web 2.0 elements to the learning process. If today we are using Internet very differently than 5 or 6 years ago, why e-learning must be the same?
Our approach makes e-learning one additional element in the training process. It must allow access to training actions itself, but also to material from off-line training actions, multimedia, training clips, interactive elements. And, of course, participation: blogs, wikis, fora, etc.
All those elements must be included in a format that allows the ubiquotous access to the media used in the learning process: iPod, PDA, MP4 reader, mobile, etc.
And, where required, supported by industry standards: IMS y SCORM.
